Delivery Policy

Courier Options & Delivery Times

  • Bangladesh Post Office: 5–10 working days (Office Delivery / Home Delivery)
  • Sundarban Courier: 1–3 working days (Office Delivery only)
  • Steadfast Courier: 1–3 working days (Home Delivery only)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, or courier delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Advance payment of delivery charge is mandatory via bKash or Nagad to confirm your order.
  • Once paid, your order will be processed and shipped.
  • At delivery, check the product and pay the remaining amount in cash.
  • Orders without advance delivery fee payment will not be shipped.
