Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all potential or to-be-paid commissions in your Account if they were earned through fraudulent, illegal, or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods. Resell.com.bd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resell.com.bd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
